At GOLF ON Inc. (“GOLF ON LOUNGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”).

By using the GOLF ON LOUNGE website and/or mobile applications (the “Websites”), or by entering and using our facility, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Event Host Responsibilities & Liability

For all group bookings, private events, and party reservations, the individual or organization making the booking (“Event Host”) assumes full responsibility for their guests.

By confirming a booking, the Event Host agrees to the following:

• The Event Host is responsible for the conduct, supervision, and safety of all guests attending their event.

• The Event Host must ensure that all guests are aware of and comply with GOLF ON LOUNGE’s Code of Conduct and Safety Rules, which are clearly posted at the front desk and within each simulator bay.

• The Event Host accepts responsibility for any damages to property, equipment, or facilities caused by their guests. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

• The Event Host assumes liability for any injuries, incidents, or damages resulting from failure of their guests to follow posted rules, staff instructions, or safe practices.

• GOLF ON LOUNGE reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any guest who does not comply with safety rules or appropriate behavior standards, without refund.

Acknowledgement of Responsibilities:

• These responsibilities and liabilities are communicated to Event Hosts through our website and booking materials.

• In addition, GOLF ON LOUNGE staff will make reasonable efforts to verbally communicate these responsibilities at the time of booking confirmation or upon arrival.

• In the event that an Event Host has not reviewed the Terms & Conditions on our website, verbal confirmation of these responsibilities shall be deemed sufficient acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Risks in the Indoor Golf Lounge

All individuals entering GOLF ON LOUNGE acknowledge and accept that:

• The facility operates golf simulators where real golf balls are used.

• Golf balls may leave the hitting area, creating a risk of injury.

All guests must exercise caution and follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions at all times.

Third-Party Websites

Our Websites may contain links to external sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and users access them at their own risk.

Unsubscribe / Deletion Requests

Consent

Policy Changes

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund or no charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to booking

• Within 12–24 hours: 50% of booking fee charged

• “No call, no show”: 100% of booking fee charged

Members:

• One “mulligan” allowed every 60 days (waives one late cancellation fee)

• Additional late cancellations subject to a $25 fee

Party Room Rental Policy

• A rental checklist must be signed before and after use

• Guests are responsible for leaving the room in its original condition

• Missing or damaged items will be charged at market value

• Failure to comply may result in additional fees
