Over the years, I've honed my skills and palate across various cuisines, specializing in Italian, French, Korean, Japanese, and Mexican culinary traditions.

My journey in the culinary arts began at George Brown College in Toronto, where I laid the foundation for my culinary expertise. Since then, I've embarked on a culinary adventure, immersing myself in diverse cultures and cuisines, constantly expanding my culinary repertoire.
