Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy allows for no charge or a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of your booking. After this time, all bookings become final, and refunds are not permitted. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for no-shows.

For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, including simulator rentals or lessons, a 50% charge of the original booking fee will apply. In the event of a "no call, no show," the full booking fee (100% of the original booking fee) will be charged.

​

Members are entitled to one mulligan every 60 days, permitting a single late cancellation without incurring a fee. Following the use of the mulligan, a flat rate of $35 per late cancellation will be applied.

​

This cancellation policy is in place to ensure equitable treatment for all customers and to uphold the availability of our services. We kindly ask for sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking to avoid any applicable charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
